This will take you to the Refining Registration Form.  Fill it out and send it.  You will be assigned a customer ID # which we'd like you to use on all interactions with us.  Please make a note of it. Then on the Thank You page, you'll see another link to the Refining Shipping Form - print it, fill it out and include it with you shipment.
