14K Extra White Casting Grain (14WXCG) is one of our most popular white casting grains. Extra white casting grain does not need Rhodium plating to achieve the desired white color. When stone setting, it is advisable to anneal this metal then quench it in denatured alcohol to facilitate stone settings. Because of the high melting temperature, there may be some discoloration which can be removed by sand or bead blasting and then tumble in a magnetic tumbler.
